TWOL24.COM provides a platform for independent designers and labels.
For your shopping experience, all designers are hand picked and therefore TWOL24.COM guarantees a high level of quality and service together with our designers and labels.

DISPATCH
TWOL24.COM designers and brands are based in different parts in the world. Purchased items are dispatched from the designer's location within 1 or 2 working days. For specific delivery terms and conditions please, check the “shop/designer policies” from your chosen item(s).

INSURANCE
All items are insured while in transit to you. TWOL24.COM and its designers are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.

TAX & IMPORT DUTIES
If you are ordering outside your country or trading zone packages may be subjected to duties and taxes by local custom authorities. Additional charges in relation to custom clearance are not included and can not be controlled by TWOL24.COM and its designers. Please check your local customs website for more information.

RETURNS
Return policies apply per purchased item as specified on the designer's personal homepage on TWOL24.COM. If not specified different as on the designers homepage TWOL24.COM'S standard policy is that returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the items. How to return an item?  Please, contact the designer or shop through its home page on TWOL24.COM, and you shall receive the return address. Please, first contact the designer/shop through the designer's homepage on TWOL24.COM and include the reason for return or if you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour  before returning the package.

REFUNDS
The purchase amount will be refunded to your account after receiving the item within 14 days or as designers’s conditions apply depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.

LIABILITY
TWOL24.COM and its designers shall have no liability to you for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. 

TWOL24.COM does not cover any or part of a completed transaction with one of our designers outside our platform and selected payment providers. You bear all risks associated with any such purchased item.

CARE & LOVE
TWOL24.COM and its designers offer works of art. Therefore, much time work and efforts have been made to provide these special items to our customers.We ask our customers to treat our items with care & love. Examples of not acceptable returns: Items should not be washed or worn. All original tags and packaging must be complete (within reason). Intimate Apparel and swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing protectives.

CUSTOM ORDERS REFUNDS & RETURNS
Custom orders are specially made upon your request and in the case of clothing made to fit your measurements and therefore it does not fall into the standard return policy.  Therefore, you can contact the designer through the message center, and our designer shall reply to you within a reasonable timeframe and try to resolve any issue which may have occurred. TWOL24.COM and its designers wish the customer to be 100% satisfied always and will solve any issue within our control the best way possible.
